I'm quite reluctant to try out antipsychotics as I've read they can have some potentially life-threatening side effects -like NMS. I've only tried Propranolol (Inderal) -a generic beta blocker- thus far and I've noticed some slight improvement in my speech and overall mood, but nothing particularly significant or life changing. Just make sure you always talk to your doctor before trying out any new meds.
