Don't hold yourself back. Be a good person and people will understand, respect, and look up to you whether you have a stutter or not. I get blocks pretty severely at times, some days are worse than others but I stutter every day. A few years ago I took a job in a distribution center picking orders and loading trailers, it seemed like a good option for me because you mostly work alone and don't have to do a lot of speaking if you don't want to. At the time I thought that's what I was doomed to do for the rest of my life, lower entry level jobs. I now manage that distribution center with 120 associates and 15 leaders under me. My advice to you is to not limit yourself because of your stutter, be a master of your craft, a good leader, and a good person, out-compete everyone around you, and your stutter won't matter in the workplace.
