Stuttering is one of the speech disorders that qualifies for disability in the US, but it's only for people with severe stutters. Unfortunately, stuttering runs in my family, and I have a cousin that can barely string a sentence together because his stuttering is so severe. Last i heard he still receives disability, thankfully.
