Btw, I'm really tired so apologies if this comes off more harshly than intended. I know where you're getting at with this. Truth is I've had a severe stutter as a child and teenager. You do not want to know what I sounded like back then. Where did I say I was shaming anybody? My original point was to ask if fluency is a goal we should have. If there's any issues you have with the things I'm saying then PM me. I'm happy to go back and forth about it. And to tell you what I've done to get to the place I'm at now. But if you're telling me that people with a severe stutter have little control over it, when I'm living proof that we all have control over our speaking...then they need time to find ways to gain control. We're all capable of it. P. S. Wishful thinking is for people who take no action. If you have a problem, you do what you can to eliminate that problem. That goes for everything. Like I said, my inbox is open anytime.
