My main go to was replacing the "h" with a "y" and although it's not the best thing to be doing, it worked well for me in the past. Instead of getting blocked in the vocal chords on that tough "hehh" sound, the "Yelllo" seemed to work just as well, and once you even get a sliver of confidence with something like that, you've gotta run with it.
