Canada offers disability tax credits but the criteria is very vague with respect to people who stutter . You also need a speech language pathologist to do an assessment for your application. I’m a black guy with a mild occasional stutter and getting a good job was very difficult….I really don’t blame employers for not giving me a chance because your ability to speak fluently and the quality of your ideas is essential. I’ve not heard or seen any programs in Canada that help people who stutter get a job.
