Yes for sure. I’ve taken loads of SSRI’s - prozac, Zoloft etc. I currently take medication called prothaidon and bupron. How does it help? Hmm I’m not sure but I guess it elevates my mood a little and makes me feel a bit less anxious. I see taking medication for mental health as - wearing glasses for someone who needs them. Ie if you need it, you need it. It really isn’t a cure or a fix imo. It’s just a part of the entire treatment. Please let me know if you have any more questions
