And think that's not a complete solution but still better than stuttering. And you don't have to avoid the same words, as your fluency on a specific word can fluctuate daily. On one day you can say it easily, on the next day you can't - but hey, at least your speech fear diminishes and you don't build humiliating stuttering memories. And it's the message that really matters, not the specific words you choose to convey that message.
