This here! I got speech therapy in MS and HS and it was revolutionary. I only have very occasional blocks now. I am also a teacher who occasionally refers students to speech therapy. Students get observed all the time my special services. The person observing just sits silently in the back or at the side of the room and takes notes. They don't introduce themselves or explain why they are there to anyone. The teacher usually knows that this is happening, but sometimes not depending on how the school does observations. It is a fairly anonymous process. You are the only one who will probably know why a particular person is there.
