I’m still learning so I can’t give to much. But when you feel yourself not wanting to say something cause you know you’ll stutter, say it anyway Allow yourself to stutter, but try to get past it. Try not to do this to defuse anxiety, but find the mix of forcing past your stutter but not rushing it, that’s what I’m trying Also overtime I’m learning to stutter more faster and rapid and one a single letter than a full word sometimes, I can’t force it it just happens. Also if you feel like kind of slurring or mumbling your way through a word that’ll work too (that’s what drew lynch sometimes does and it sounds fine!)
