It's not really about meditation, it's more about how breathing has a large impact on the body and how we've lost the basic knowledge of the breath. It does sound like bullshit but it has a bunch of notes and sources on it and "Breath was awarded the Best General Nonfiction Book of 2020 by the American Society of Journalists and Authors and was a Finalist for the Royal Society Science Book of the Year. Which makes it sound more factual but its still hard to believe. I still want to do my own fact checking because it does sound far fetched. It's £8.49 on amazon if you're interested in the book. I know that when I focus on my breathing and try to slow down with both speech and breath, it can and usually does help with the stutter
