Am I wrong to think that if we can’t accomplish a job like normal people, then we shouldn’t be doing that job? E.g., instead of being customer facing, maybe be a cook? If it makes the entire team look bad to the regional manager (or whoever), then the problem should be addressed. I would understand if I was slowing my team down, and they decided to put me in another position.
