Please pursue your university education. Regardless of the outcome career-wise, the confidence you'll acquire finishing a degree will remain with you whatever happens with overcoming your dysfluency. It wasn't until age 70 that I became fluent but I always had the knowledge that I had completed my degree, and though I might not be fluent, at least I was an educated person. Even if you later pursue a job not requiring a degree, you'll always know you succeeded in gaining that goal.
