did anyone else end up getting social anxiety?

did anyone else end up getting social anxiety? i feel like as i’ve gotten older my stutter completely went bad when i started having social anxiety and now when i stutter and im very nervous and anxious it takes me like 5 minutes or even more to even get one word out and my hand starts to shake alot because of that
