I didn’t drop out, however, I did take a lot of online courses. I will say that as I’ve gotten older I am less concerned with perfect fluency. Sure, I get embarrassed from blocks, but I have found that at most of the jobs I’ve had post college people are accepting, encouraging and supportive. In the beginning it’s difficult, but people learn to adjust to your stutter. It’s not your job to exclude yourself, it’s the worlds job to accept imperfections in all humans beings. The idea of perfection is wrong and everyone is different.
