Does anyone else just not be able to speak mid sentence? So I do have a stutter but it’s not severe, can come out if I’m stressed or anxious or if I try to say a word that I know I can’t say I usually have no issues with flow when speaking as I am a very talkative person and work in a customer service environment. If I’m having normal conversation with friends 7/10 times it’s not bad but if I’m on the phone to a customer or trying to explain something I will go to speak but nothing comes out. This can either happen mid sentence or at the start of a sentence but when it happens mid sentence there’s no stutter no issues but I’ll just try to say a random easy word in that sentence and nothing (you will be able to hear like a gasp or slight noise of my mouth trying to do the work) but yeah nothing comes out and then I try to change up the sentence to overcome it but then I get anxious because of the situation then I stutter Does anyone else go through this? Or know what it’s called ?? To add: I do have ADHD so I do talk a lot and very quick and my brains always on the go which is why I assume I talk so fast, so much and stutter because I try get it out quickly before I forget but it doesn’t explain the mid sentence issue, as I don’t forget the word I just can’t say it
