Sometimes the scariest part of speaking is all the anticipation leading up to it. As soon as you start speaking your brain realizes it’s ok and the fear dissipates. I hope this will happen with you. Tip: over-enunciate your words and FAKE confidence. Also tell yourself positive affirmations “I am fluent, I speak great” because it’s really all psychological and right now your brain is telling you “I’m gonna stutter, I’m gonna embarrass myself.” Don’t let that side of your brain convince you it’s right, it’s a lie and self fulfilling prophecy
