My stutter prevented me from saying hi to a friend Short rant here. I was in school, seated at one of the tables along a walkway doing my own work, when I saw a good friend walk past. I wanted to call him out because he did not notice I was there, so I took out my earpiece and was about to call his name when I felt a speech block. It was a strong one. Like if I were to force myself to speak, there would be a very high chance I would stutter. This has never happened with this particular friend's name and it really sucks. In the end my friend just walked off and we did not say hi to each other. My stutter issue is minor but it's things like this that make life less good because I can't convey what I want to convey.
