Me: "Just to let you guys know, I have a speech impediment." Them: "Yeah I stutter sometimes when I'm nervous" Me: "Dang dude. We must be brothers..." I've replied to someone one time with, "Yeah but it's a diagnosed thing..." I think people with ADHD or OCD get the same kind of responses.
