Need some advice I’m a current high school junior, and I’ve been stuttering for as long as I can remember. I’ve been in speech therapy for just as long, and I’ve realized that my stutter is completely dependent on my mood/environment, and it’s never constant. One week I’ll forget I have it, then the next it’s just never ending, it all depends. I know the basic speech therapy strategies (pausing and phrasing, light touch, etc), but it hasn’t solved anything. So I was wondering what other methods could be used? Life for instance my parents are recommending me meditation, and I’m starting to read out loud to myself before I go to bed. Are these helpful, and are there other things I can do?
