That’s certainly possible. I just checked and I have over 12,000 notes on my phone app, even though I often delete things I write down. And it’s all communication related stuff. I feel like I’m in too deep with the phone thing at this point. I could literally stand there for a minute and not be able to say my name, it wasn’t always this bad. Being reliant on my phone has made me pretty much selectively mute. I have to say, writing things down does feel dramatically less embarrassing than stuttering badly in front of people. I don’t get as many “is this guy seriously handicapped” type reactions. I just don’t even try if I think I’ll stutter which is basically everything that isn’t “yes” “no” or “good morning.” I’d rather have people just think I’m stand off-ish than think I’m a retard for lack of a better word. I can’t imagine stuttering like this at age 30 yet I’m 22 now and it’s only gotten worse as I’ve aged. Im not sure anyone will ever take me seriously.
