Don't dwell on the bad calls, just push past and speak with confidence. I know it's easier said than done but when you hit a block or stammer, act like it never happened. If it gets real bad, the most ill do is stop and say excuse me, clear my throat and move on. I've worked as a radio DJ, call center tech, and recently in management/leadership where I run and speak on many calls a day. You got this.
