Corporate, middle-management professional here. Remember that there's so many forms of communication available in the corporate world (it's mostly e-mail and IM but I'm thankful for voice messages when you can re-record your message) so perfect fluency is not required. I work in Finance for a large, well-known software/tech company with so many brilliant colleagues in management with difficult accents as English is their second or third language - they can get their messages across and so can I. As a personal tip - if you become an expert in any form of Taxation (seriously it's not difficult - it's just like learning the rules to a board game and the pay is good), people will always wait patiently for advice/solutions :) There are also so many good and proven courses/programs to help with meetings and presentations - I am grateful I went through ToastMasters
