I’ve done all the drugs. I’m sober now though for 8-9 years. I think alcohol and Xanax and heroin all cured my stutter, temporarily, but it always came back. But I outgrew it anyway, but I remember the downers, the drugs that slow you down like alcohol, allowed me to speak without blocking so much.
