First of all I have zero stage fear and it frustrates me when I stutter. So following are the things I experience when I stutter. 1. Before speaking a word, I know I am going to stutter. 2. If I get stuck on a word, I am short of breathe and eyes pops out. The lungs expand and I just can't breathe. 3. The jaws are freezed and I can feel my neurons are stiff. 4. Get headache at the back of head. 5. Once I complete the sentence, I breathe heavily as if I ran a marathon. I had been reading some articles online, there are various kind of stuttering issues. One of them which resonates is neurogenic stuttering. Anyone had such experience ?
