I think lot of PWS have the same issue as you do, and I did too. Long story short, what I learnt is that our nervous system reacts to stressful situations by invoking the 'freeze' mode instead of fight of flight mode, which is more common). The 'freeze' basically manifests as stutter and blocks. If this is true, these are symptoms of social anxiety, exacerbated by our baseline stutter. so, how to get rid of this? There are lot of social anxiety therapy techniques like CBT, desensitization, rejection challenges, etc. which can help you overcome this. Also, for very stressful situations like interviews, talk to your doctor about something that can calm you down. Go to r/PublicSpeaking for more tips on how they get over speaking anxiety. Bottom line: research this sub, your question has been asked and answered numerous times, and you will definitely find something that will help. Experiment, experiment, experiment. Failure is the best teacher. Failure is an opportunity to learn. Life becomes interesting if you try new things, fail multiple times, learn from it and move on. So, apply this mindset for everything in life. Good Luck!
