Great. Happy to help! I recommend you to do this **homework**: everytime that you block, ask yourself: '*Why didn't I move my speech muscles to the next sound (just now)?'* Likely, you would return an answer similar to *table 2 on page 3* (of above worksheet). For example you would answer: '*Because I subconsciously experienced fear of failing to move my speech muscles*' (or any other anticipatory anxiety). And continue asking yourself: * *Why would I stop with moving my speech muscles because of feeling fear/doubt*? * *Why wouldn't I continue with moving speech muscles regardless, all the while experiencing fear or doubt?* * *Other people move speech muscles even though they fear/doubt so what excuse is there to blame 'fear or doubt' to stop moving speech muscles?* And keep asking yourself follow-up questions. Your homework will eventually result in a final conclusion like: 'From now on I interrupt 'blaming' this fear' and 'Even though I feel fear, regardless I will still move my speech muscles'
