Best technique: Dont force a word out. Rarely it makes sense, but its almost always better to stop, breath and continue/start again. Best Tip: Accept your stutter. Learn about it as much as possible. Know your triggers. Find ways to circumvent them. A big part of accepting it, is learning to laugh about it. It loosens you up and can potentially help to break the ice.
