I’m new to this sub and am very glad I found it, but something I’ve always done that helps me with whenever my stutter is bad is singing. I’ve always loved singing because it’s the only time I can ever “speak normally” in a way, that’s always raised my self esteem when I’m feeling down. If you still stutter when you sing just get into one of your hobbies for the rest of the day and take your mind off your stutter. Stuff like that has always helped me, and when singing doesn’t help I just start reading cause I love to read and when I read I can talk normally in my head or out loud sometimes. Tongue twisters are something else I’ve done since I was in high school, I just come up with random sentences that are major tongue twisters and say them out loud to test myself in a sense. I hope at least one of these can help you, keep your head up man, it gets better. Something my speech therapist told me in highschool that has always stuck with me to this day was, “don’t waste your good speech on someone who doesn’t care to hear it.” I’ve lived by that ever since
