Hey man I go through the exact same thing. I'll notice a week or two of my stutter being way worse then usual. I can usually bring it back to my normal level over about a week by just taking ten minutes a day to sit quietly, meditate and just breath. It might feel like it's doing nothing at the time but it's an accumulative affect
