Any advice on raising a kid with a stutter?

Any advice on raising a kid with a stutter? So my younger brother has a stutter, and I just want to know what some of you who have stutters wish went differently with your childhood regarding your stutter. What should I say/not say? Is there anything that you think would have changed your life for the better if it had been said/done to you as a child? I just want to make sure he grows up unashamed of it, but I also dont want to completely ignore it because it is apart of him, and I want him to know that its ok.
