You get out of it what you put into it. You can achieve all-day / everyday fluency. I was a severe stutterer for the first 25 years of my life. Today it takes new people I meet and work with months to years to find out I stutter. I'll always be a stutterer, but my blocks are the exception today, and fluency is the rule. I am always disheartened by the defeatist / negative attitudes I hear from people on this sub. I often wonder if the sub lacks others like myself who have achieved success? If you want fluency, seek professional speech therapy. Do the work. No joke, you can be fluent for the holidays.
