This feels a bit like toxic positivity I'd say: Acknowledge you have a disadvantage out of your control. Work on reducing negative feelings and anxiety about your stutter. Push yourself into uncomfortable situations enough that they aren't as uncomfortable any more. Try to see your stutter as something you have to carry to your goals. Not an anchor stopping you from moving towards them.
