Yes, the “cleaning the wound” exercise really helped me. Understanding what your biggest fears are around speaking and writing down every time you were embarrassed or botched a speech and or social interaction. Working through that, remembering how you felt, and how you overcame it. Also recognizing that your speech can reflect your personality. Getting enthusiastic and proactive about your delivery can really help with the fluency of your speech. Don’t take yourself too serious!
