Most of us have hard blocks because we are trying to hide our repetitions. If we let ppl hear them up front, your brain/emotions are less likely to try to hide repetitions. Choose a word you can say fluently and CHOOSE to have a brief repetition on it at beginning of verbal exchange. “Hi, I’m h-h-here for my appointment”
