I never have a problem speaking if I’m talking to myself/ talking when I’m alone. I like doing this to practice when I’m in my apartment alone. I will either pick a topic or find something randomly online and speak about it. I find that I naturally fall into a more presentation like format because there is no one to interact with so I try to consciously put in pauses where another person might speak or reply. This makes it feel more like a debate which I think is more helpful although I have no evidence to prove any of this actually helps apart from making me more confident.
