>First record a video of yourself making a speech This is how I discovered that my secondary behaviors during blocks include eyebrow raising, rapid blinking and frowning. This explained so much, like why some people thought I was angry or that I wanted them to finish my sentence. Also record a video of you listening. Open a video of someone speaking, make it full screen, imagine that the person in the video is actually speaking to you, and use another device to record your face. Some people will discover that they don't look like listening when they are actually listening. Some people will realize their smile sometimes look like smirk. I discovered that I have facial tics that make me look like I am confused or surprised when I am not.
