1. That I'm worth more than not being able to speak like everyone else. 2. Most people don't care that I stutter and some even don't notice it even lmao. 3. That I'm trying to be a perfectionist with how I speak, even though most 'normal' people can't even be that "perfect". 4. Most of my anxiety comes from myself, my own thoughts create the worse possible scenario that may or may not happen in a certain moment of speaking. 5. That I should adopt a "stoic" approach and not care of what others think (but I still struggle on this)
