The National Institute of Stuttering has a card you can download and print. I ordered some and put it on my visor of my vehicles just in case I get pulled over. Policeman equate stuttering with lying so I show my card if I'm pulled over; otherwise I just disclose. I did a podcast episode some time ago talking about that card.
