I use a technique which I call establishing your 'speech floor' -> akin to getting comfortable on the stage floor before acting. Don't feel pressured to start saying valuable things right when you're called. You're not a circus animal that needs to start doing something when the master (the manager) says so. Don't worry about saying what you need to say immediately. Spend some time getting comfortable by verbalizing non-significant information and effectively taking ownership of the speech floor before you start your main dialogue. For example, ease in with "Hey everyone, hope you can hear me, let me start my update. So..." This preamble will ease your tension before you start your actual update (where most of your anxiety probably lies, due to fear of judgement). Note, this preamble also emphasizes "h"-sounds which are easier for most stutterers to verbalize. Once you get going, keep it short and try to speak at a consistent, slow pace. Take a 2 second break between some sentences to catch your breath.
