Wow. You're right I guess I never thought about it that way. We should take all children who stutter and quarantine them from all the other kids. At a minimum they can mingle with the other kids but must be forced to remain mute so they don't spread their disease among the "normals". If a rogue stutterer breaks out of quarantine and more kids start stuttering, enroll them all in theater camp as fast as possible, the undiscovered cure for stuttering. As a lifelong stutter it amazes me that you still lack the ability to think before you speak.
