>*Is the Results option, the I'm not sure option?* Yes! >*I personal have been diagnosed with ADHD inattentive type* You can correct me if I'm wrong, from what I've read, **females** recover from stuttering significantly more often than **males**. Additionally, **females** have a higher prevalence of the ADHD trait "**inattention**" (over "**hyperactivity-impulsivity**"). If it's true that "inattention" actually increases the risk for **stuttering recovery**, then I hypothesize that: * "**inattention**" could lead more to **subconscious fluency or stuttering remission**, * and "hyperattention" to speech management (compensations, secondaries, reacting to a sensation of loss of control, excessive monitoring). I hypothesize that people with a hyperactivity trait tend to reinforce overreliance on secondaries, compensatory strategies, speech management. perceived conflict, social or emotional factors, etc etc - to: * (1) disrupt speech initiation * (2) increase cognitive load management and * (3) increase working memory management
