Yes i know,it can be more frustrating than stutter itself,but try to overcome these thoughts,by caring less,exposing to more social situations and try to get a job which involves less communication.i had an huge positive impact on stuttering when i was 14 due to exposing to more persons & improved self image which i have done by caring less and getting out of my comfort zone.btw communication is more of body language than speaking,so try to practice for strong and relaxed body language & maintain eye contact.there is an book named psycho-cybernetics for self image,try to read that.Be you authentic self man dont change for anyone.i know a guy who stutters a lot,he tends to stutter a lot when talking with me but when it comes to talking with girls he talks smoother without any stutter,so its all in your mind.Conquer yourself rather than the world.Peace
