Practice speaking but instead of focusing on the mechanisms of speaking, focus on a calm and steady mind and body. I feel this method I’m using attacks the physiological action of stuttering AND the psychological aspect of it as anxiety tends to make stuttering worse. I’ve been doing it two hours a day and have seen improvements on impromptu speaking.
