I've decided that going into a presentation, I need to convince myself that I know the information AND I am an expert on it. The people there are to listen to and learn from me. I still stutter and block some but it definitely helps with my anxiety going into it. It also helps is theres a way to tell your audience that you stutter. This usually isn't realistic for me (at work) but when I can, it helps. PM me if you have any questions or want to bounce anything off of me.
