I agree with u/ShutupPussy If you find a qualified SLP who specializes in stuttering, you may be able to greatly improve your fluency. Some of us achieve fluency levels that people don't know you have a stutter. I usually recommend people find a University that has a speech pathology department. They will be able to connect you with great resources. You must put the work in. It's like learning an instrument or going to the gym. It's about your effort to improve. But just as learning an instrument or learning to exercise, you need a good teacher. That's where the SLP is key to your success.
