My best advice is let go of wanting control. Work on being confident in your stutter instead of always working around it. The more i try to work on my stutter with tools ive learned, the more i tend to stutter. Dont "get through" the block, embrace it and just work with it. Its always gonna happen either way. This is alot easier said then done haha, but it takes time to learn.
