Anyone else have stutter get worse after anesthesia?

Anyone else have stutter get worse after anesthesia? Hi all! I’m a 55 yr old female with a lifelong stutter. I did speech therapy in my 20’s and had it mostly controlled. Last year I had major surgery that took 3 hrs of anesthesia…. Now my stutter is much much worse. Neurologist/ surgeon/speech therapist have never heard of this happening , but it definitely started right after surgery. Just wondering If I’m alone in this.
