I don't think that it's an issue that the person with a stutter was a bad guy. There's not a stereotype about stutterers being bad people. The stereotype for us is usually that we're stupid and/or socially awkward, so as long as we're not portrayed like that, I think it's perfectly fine to portray us as morally bad characters.
