I agree. Confidence and exposure is the key. For me personally i find that the more i talk the better my stutter gets. If i go for prolonged periods without taking its not good for me. I also use a visualisation strategy. Anytime my brain has a negative thought about stuttering i replace it with a memtal picture of myself speaking in that situation perfectly and fluently. Not saying it will work for everyone but works for me.
